Case Studies

elements works on small number of products at a given time. We immerse ourselves in each product, becoming part of the team. We do so by not considering these “projects” but partnerships. Below are the stories of such partnerships.

The First Else

Else (www.elsemobile.com)
developed a state of the art, innovative and intuitive, action based OS for mobile handsets.

ELSE approached elements in the intention of innovating in the mobile space, to prove that things could be done differently. elements were the first party to join the project,  at a very early stage, and saw it through all the way to implementation (read more).  elements were responsible for the UX definitions, mentoring UX teams from around the world and working in tandem with engineering to bring the concept to life. The product has been widely recognized for its innovation and uniqueness: “...the First Else’s futuristic and intuitive user interface mesmerized us during the presentation and our hands-on…” (engadget)

Telmap (www.telmap.com)
is the world leader in mobile search, mapping, navigation and location based services.

For  3 amazing years elements has worked with Telmap’s Product team to leap forward the product proposition while evolving current offerings. Working with all parts of the company and directly with US and European top tier mobile operators to deploy the largest LBS offerings in the world.

Innovating and leading the UX design for the new flagship products together with the Telmap team has been an amazing experience. Our reword has been a phenomenal growth in active users and glowing reviews from the public and press:  “…Thankfully, Telmap Navigator not only works but is also exceptionally easy to use… Telmap Navigator is an impressive system that  is deceptively powerful…” (PDA Essentials Magazine).
